Instant Digital Downloads

Because Money Mend Studio products are delivered as digital files, purchases are generally final once files or download access have been delivered. Please review the product page, compatibility notes, and FAQ before purchasing.

When To Contact Support

You purchased the same product more than once by mistake.
Your download link, file access, or order email did not arrive.
A delivered file appears corrupted or cannot be opened in the stated compatible software.
You received the wrong product file for your order.

Access And File Issues

If there is a delivery or file issue, contact support with your order email, product name, and a short description of the problem. We will first try to restore access, resend the file, or provide a corrected file.

Refund Review

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Approval is not guaranteed, especially where the product has been successfully delivered and the issue is buyer preference, change of mind, or incompatibility with software not listed on the product page.
